We are getting married at the wonderful Rowton Hall Hotel which is a couple of miles outside of Chester.

A Little History of Rowton Hall

Rowton Hall sits on land once caught up in the drama of the English Civil War — the Battle of Rowton Heath took place here back in 1645, and you’ll spot little nods to that history in the bar, restaurant and suite names.

The house itself dates from 1779 and has grown and evolved over the centuries, passing through many hands before becoming the charming country‑house hotel it is today. Think cosy corners, beautiful gardens and plenty of character — the perfect backdrop for a celebration.
